Today, it’s easy to get to work with or under someone.

There is so much work, and a fresher can get to work or intern anywhere. The tough part is to stick and continue and unlearn your notions and ideologies.

It’s easy to make a kickass demo over 2 weeks and impress your employer with an opportunity.

It’s a thousand times tougher to produce that same stuff in a day under the watchful eyes of your employer. And then to bear a load of criticism and appreciation in tidbits.

You need to have the balls to survive in this fast-moving, rigid, and highly creative world.
