It hurts to say this.
99% of my habits were ruining me.
That had to change.
I needed to…
a. Fix my health
b. Fix my work life
It all boiled down to the habits I had.
Or rather, ‘the habits I cultivated.’
Failures presented me with tough lessons.
I acknowledged the problem with my habits from those failures.
I slowly killed almost every habit that was doing no good.
I started building new habits.
I picked up new books.
I invested in courses and development programs.
I connected with people who were aligned with my purpose.
I learned from every resource and person available.
I got 1% better every day.
I became better at making music.
I learned the art of self-awareness.
I made healthy eating choices and lost weight.
And a ton of other goodness keeps happening because of the decisions I make.
And the choices are formed by the habits I have.
Take a moment to look into all the habits you have. They could be stopping you from growing.
Stop the bad, and embrace new habits. Let them lead you to the future.
