Let’s start with meditation
Once you’re up in the morning.

Be on the bed.

Do some stretching.

Run your palms, warm them and place them on your eyes.

Rest your arms next to your waist with open palms.

Ease your legs with it pointed outwards.

Take 3 deep breaths.

Focus on your breath.

Count 1 to 10 as you breathe slowly.
As your breath with the count of 1 to 10, you now need to focus on each of the following.

Feet
-
Calves
-
Knees
-
Thighs
-
Buttocks
-
Hips
-
Naval
-
Upper abdomen
-
Chest
-
Neck
-
Mouth
-
Nose
-
Eyes
-
Forehead
-
and finally your Scalp.
At the end of this simple breathing exercise, you’ll feel refreshed and settled.
Let’s start with mindfulness
Once in this zone, sit straight, place your feet on the ground, place your hands on your knees and close your eyes and simply rest. It would now be easier to count your breath — in case you find it tough to focus. Let all the thoughts pass by your mind.
For each thought that comes in greet it, acknowledge it, and it’ll just fade away. Do it as long as you feel you need to do it.
Once your done, simply do Point Number 3 (as mentioned above) and see through your day with positivity and happiness.
Meditate, be mindful and spread the love and warmth.
