Creating expansion for others was one of the biggest lessons I learned last year.

Every single day, in everything you do, you try to help everyone you meet with everything you have.

You should open their minds with every word you say. Give your money with the intent that it will help them grow. An expansion could be created by genuinely smiling at or just by complimenting someone who caught your attention.

It is not just about expanding your outer world; you must also expand within yourself.

Be kind to yourself, understand your emotions, eat well, stretch your body, and breathe deeply into your tissues.

Everything you do should be done with the intention of growing and expanding, becoming one with yourself and this infinite universe.

Let’s not forget that we are more energy than matter. The human body consists of 5 trillion to 10 trillion cells, and each one is like a tiny universe.

Just like how we are amazed at the universe around us and how we feel the vast expansiveness of energy, you can recreate that same experience within yourself.

We have the potential to live beyond what we are able to see. When you create expansion for others, you need to get out of your mind and think about the limitless possibilities you are gifted with.

This is true for all of us, regardless of our circumstances.

Ask yourself:

What can I do to help spread positive energy?

Is there anything I can do differently to feel amazing inside?

Is there anything I can say that will make them feel abundant?

What you do outside grows inside you as well. By giving love, you will be filled with love.

By helping people financially, you will be prosperous. We go on this weird mystical trip. In the last year, I experienced the same feeling, and I intend to continue expanding. As soon as you get it, you never want to stop.

Expanding yourself and others generates an infinite loop of energy that pushes you to think that anything is possible.

Appreciate the person next to you.

Give them a tight hug or just a warm smile.

Experience that feeling of expansion within you, that feeling of magic in your spirit, that feeling of being limitless.
