Learn to delegate work before it kills you.

You cannot do everything if you are the center of your business. When I started my online business, I did everything myself.

As momentum grew, I started delegating tasks. I did this to prevent burnout. It also made it easier to scale my business.

By offloading time-consuming tasks, you can focus on working ON the business rather than IN it.

Here are Seven unconventional ways to delegate work:

1.  Work with the best
Select someone who is competent to carry out the task.

2. Explain what you expect from them
Record a video or write down what is expected of them once they begin the task. Be clear and concise.

3. Demonstrate with a system
It’s critical to document or demonstrate how you accomplish the task. Provide a step-by-step process.

4. Connected Links
Explain the significance of this task. Tell them everything this task relates to. To accomplish this task, they need to understand the dependencies, like a critical piece in a puzzle.

5. Financial implications
Educate them about the costs of doing and not doing this task.

6. Freedom to Iterate
Allow them to iterate your system or method. This could result in them doing it better and faster than you.

7. Results and Feedback
Share the results once the project or task has been completed. Provide statistics. For example, we share views, sales, and retention. These numbers are used to give feedback. As a result, suggestions and ideas for improvement become more mature and mindful.

With this mode of working, I am able to add more hours to my day. You should begin delegating tasks if you can.

List your time-suckers first.

Find the most suitable person to do the job.

Now you will have more time for yourself and avoid burnout.
