How do I mentally handle procrastination and mental stress?

Procrastination is almost always fear wearing a different outfit. Name what you’re actually afraid of - failing, being judged, discovering you’re not good. Then shrink the task until it’s smaller than the fear. Not “finish the album” - “open the DAW for 10 minutes.”
